About Bill
Hello, I am a seasoned corporate executive and certified professional coach with over 30 years of experience within the corporate world as a leader, coach and performance consultant.
Throughout my career I have partnered with senior and middle management and their teams to enhance both individual and team performance; aligned leadership strategies with corporate objectives; and facilitated a variety of leadership programs and structured strategy sessions. I helped teams improve productivity, strengthen their work relationships and boost overall team and organizational effectiveness.
My passion as a leader and coach was helping people succeed. My corporate work eventually led me to a career in coaching and consulting, after completing my professional coaching certification with iPEC. I always approach my partnerships in a totally collaborative perspective, understanding that best solutions are achieved together. As a coach, I promise to listen, observe and ask provoking questions to create breakthroughs for my clients. I will elicit solutions, discoveries and actions that come from within my clients.
I am blessed with two grown children and two grandchildren. I live in beautiful Colorado and love being in the mountains, hiking and skiing. I sing in my church choir, enjoy concerts at Red Rocks and watching college and professional football. I am a founder and co-lead of a career-networking group in Denver, and volunteer for Boomers Leading the Change aligned with the non-profit organization, Changing the Narrative, which focuses on changing the dialogue and attitudes around ageism in our society.
Bill holds a BA in Communications, MA in Educational Technology and is a Certified Professional Coach from iPEC, holding an ELI (Energy Leadership Index) Certification.
